1.3 About the Company
Global Professional Consulting, Inc. offers consulting and educational services to help clients pursue education, professional licensing, and career advancement in the USA. GPC is not an accredited educational institution or a government agency. We act as consultants and intermediaries providing informational and organizational support only.
1.4 Age Restrictions
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Users under 18 may only use our services with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the minor’s use.
1.5 Privacy and Data Protection
We value the confidentiality of your personal data. Our Privacy Policy (available on the site) describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to data processing as described therein.
1.6 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
1.7 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any applicable Enrollment Agreement and course-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and GPC regarding your use of our services and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
2. Our Services
We offer the following educational and consulting services:
2.1 Online Courses and Exam Preparation
GPC offers programs to prepare for professional and language examinations, including NCLEX–RN (for nurses), USMLE (for physicians), TOEFL, and ESL programs. We develop customized curricula and deliver training individually, in groups, and online.
2.2 Educational and Career Consultations
We provide personal consultations on education and career development. We analyze your background and advise on the optimal path to a US diploma or professional license, including a step-by-step plan to achieve your goals.
2.3 Credential Evaluation and Licensing Assistance
We assist in evaluating foreign diplomas and qualifications for recognition in the USA and guide you through document submission to credential evaluation agencies (e.g., ERES, other NACES members, CGFNS for nurses, ECFMG for physicians, and equivalent bodies for other professions). Our role is advisory and administrative; final decisions rest with those organizations.
2.4 Admission to Educational Institutions Abroad
We offer consulting and practical assistance with admission to universities, primarily distance enrollment in partner institutions in Europe (including Ukraine) for bachelor’s or master’s degrees through flexible online programs. Admission decisions are made exclusively by the universities; GPC does not influence admissions committees.
2.5 Translation and Legalization of Documents
We provide certified translations of academic transcripts, diplomas, certificates, and other documents. We can also facilitate document legalization, including obtaining apostilles from authorized bodies in the country of issuance (Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and others) and requesting official transcripts or duplicates of lost documents.
2.6 Communications and Newsletters
By registering on our Site or using our services, you may receive emails including educational materials and promotional information. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected].
All services listed above are provided under the terms of this Agreement. If any service requires a separate agreement, we will notify you prior to the start of that service.
3. Terms of Service Provision
3.1 Registration and Communication
Certain services require registration and provision of contact information (full name, email address, phone number, etc.). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update your information if it changes. We use your contact details solely for service delivery and communication.
3.2 Document Requirements
Depending on the service:
- Preparatory courses (NCLEX, USMLE, TOEFL): basic contact information and payment are typically sufficient to receive access.
- University admission and diploma evaluation services may require copies of diplomas or certificates, academic transcripts, certified translations (if not in English), a copy of a government-issued ID, a CV/résumé, and other documents required by institutions or evaluation organizations.
- Translation and apostille services require submission of clear copies or originals of documents to be processed.
You represent that all documents you provide are genuine and authentic. If any submitted document is found to be falsified or to contain materially inaccurate information, GPC may immediately terminate services without any refund.
By providing documents, you confirm your right to use them and consent to their processing, including transfer to relevant third parties (e.g., translation agencies, government bodies), strictly for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
3.3 Contract Formation
This Agreement becomes binding at the moment you: (a) register on our Site; (b) submit a request for a service; or (c) make payment for a service. Any of these actions constitutes your acceptance of this public offer.
3.4 During Service Delivery
You agree to cooperate actively with GPC by providing requested information and documents in a timely manner, maintaining communication with our specialists, and following reasonable instructions. In return, GPC commits to delivering services of high quality within agreed timeframes, keeping you informed of progress, and advising on relevant questions within our competence.
3.5 Representation to External Organizations & Service Completion
For services involving document submission to Third-Party Organizations, you authorize GPC to act on your behalf to the extent necessary to fulfill the task (e.g., filling out applications, submitting documents, communicating with agencies). Certain procedures may require a notarized power of attorney or your personal appearance; in such cases, GPC will guide you, but final responsibility for proper completion lies with you.
GPC’s evaluation assistance is strictly advisory and administrative. GPC’s service is deemed fully rendered once your application and documents have been reviewed, prepared, and submitted to the designated agency or institution. GPC is not responsible for processing delays, requests for additional documents, or final decisions made by third-party evaluation bodies. Fees paid to GPC for document preparation are non-refundable once the review or submission process has started.
3.6 Right to Refuse Service
GPC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason. In the event we terminate a service or course access without cause on the part of the User, you will receive a prorated refund for any undelivered services or unstarted future billing months.
3.7 Official & Electronic Communications
By using our Site or services, you expressly consent to receive all official communications, billing statements, payment reminders, invoices, and policy updates electronically via email. You agree that all electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All official requests, including course cancellations, pauses, withdrawal, or refund requests, must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Messages sent via social media, WhatsApp, SMS, or other instant messengers are not considered official notices and will not be processed for administrative or billing changes.
You are responsible for maintaining an active email account and checking your spam/junk folders regularly.
4. Payment for Services
4.1 Pricing
The current prices for services are listed on the Site (in course or service descriptions) or will be communicated to you individually upon request. GPC reserves the right to update service prices periodically. Before placing an order and making a payment, please verify the current price of the chosen service.
4.2 Currency and Taxes
Payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice or payment page. Your bank may charge additional currency conversion fees; these are your responsibility. Prices listed on the Site generally include applicable taxes; if additional taxes apply, you will be notified prior to completing your purchase.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and bank transfers. Full payment is required before the start of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A payment confirmation and/or receipt will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
4.4 Payment Security
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers using industry-standard SSL encryption. GPC does not store or collect your card data on our servers.
4.5 Third-Party Fees
Our service fees do not include fees charged by third parties, including but not limited to: credential evaluation agency fees, examination fees, apostille and government fees, consular fees, document shipping costs, and bank wire commissions. You are solely responsible for the timely payment of all third-party fees.
4.6 Automatic Renewal (Subscriptions) and Grace Period
If you enroll in a subscription-based service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 2 calendar days before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email at least 7 calendar days before renewal.
Grace Period: We understand that banking issues happen. If an automatic payment fails, you will be granted a 3-day grace period to update your payment method before your access to the service is suspended. To cancel your subscription, contact us at [email protected].
4.7 Third-Party & Pass-Through Payments
When GPC facilitates payments on your behalf to Third-Party Organizations (including educational institutions, credential evaluation bodies, or government agencies), GPC acts solely as an administrative payment intermediary. Once third-party fees or tuition payments have been remitted to the respective third party, they are strictly non-refundable by GPC and are subject exclusively to the refund policies of that third-party organization. You are solely responsible for any bank transfer commissions, currency conversion differences, or processing fees charged by intermediary financial institutions.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All timeframes in this section are measured in calendar days.
5.1 General Principles
All payments for our courses, consultations, and other services are non-refundable except as explicitly required by applicable law or approved by GPC under this Terms and Conditions. By making a payment, you acknowledge your commitment to use the service. We encourage you to carefully review service details and ask questions before purchasing.
5.2 After a Service Has Started & Discount Clawback
Once a service, course, or billing month has started, the payment for that period is non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered for full, unstarted future months (e.g., if GPC cancels the service or under approved exceptional circumstances). A course or service is deemed started on the date of the first scheduled session or, for self-paced digital products, on the date access is activated.
Early Withdrawal Recalculation: If a user withdraws from a discounted package or course before completing the full program, any applied discounts are forfeited. The tuition for the period the student had access to the course will be recalculated at the standard, un-discounted rate (e.g., the standard monthly rate) before determining the final eligible refund amount.
5.4 Refund Processing and Administrative Fees
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of GPC’s written approval and issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post funds. If a refund is approved after a service has started, a non-refundable Administrative & Registration Fee of $100 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover non-recoverable processing and enrollment costs.
Note: A $50 discount is applied to this fee for payments originally made via Zelle or Cash, reducing the non-refundable amount to $50.
5.5 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Taxes, third-party platform fees, and payment processing fees
- Currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or card issuer
- Fees for missed sessions or partial attendance
- Fees for digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed
- Purchases made on third-party platforms (contact those platforms directly)
5.6 Credits and Postponements
In cases of serious personal circumstances (such as documented illness or family emergency), GPC may, at its sole discretion, offer a service credit toward a future period or allow postponement of participation. Credits are non-transferable and expire 6 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.7 How to Request a Refund
Send a written request to [email protected] including: your full name, the purchased service, payment date and amount, and a detailed reason. GPC may request supporting documentation. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
5.8 Dispute Resolution (Chargebacks)
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. Initiating an unwarranted credit card chargeback or dispute for a valid tuition charge without prior resolution will result in the immediate suspension of your access to all services. The User will be responsible for reimbursing GPC for any chargeback fees (typically $25–$35) imposed by the payment processor before access can be restored.
5.9 Legal Exceptions
This Policy does not override any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law. GPC will comply with all legally required obligations with respect to refunds or consumer protections, to the extent required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
5.10 Consultation Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Individual consultations must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If a User fails to attend a scheduled consultation or requests a change less than 24 hours in advance, the session fee is non-refundable, and the consultation will be deemed fully rendered.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GPC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or services; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any documents or information you provide to GPC that are false, inaccurate, or infringe on third-party rights.
9. Limitation of GPC’s Liability
9.1 No Guaranteed Outcomes
GPC does not guarantee any particular result from its services. Admission to institutions, passing examinations, obtaining licenses, or securing employment depend on many factors beyond our control, including your own effort, academic performance, and decisions by Third-Party Organizations. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GPC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR EMOTIONAL HARM.
9.6 Force Majeure
GPC is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, civil unrest, Internet outages, power failures, pandemics, or actions of government authorities. In such cases, GPC’s obligations are suspended for the duration of the impediment. We will notify users of force majeure events via the Site or email as soon as practicable.
10. Changes to Terms and Termination
10.1 Changes to This Agreement
GPC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site and/or an email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Site or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
